I believe counseling is a shared journey of exploring each client’s worldview and expanding their sense of possibility. With an open mind and a client-centered approach, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt Therapy to help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. I also had extensive training in Gestalt Therapy for a year in Korea.
My studies in Pastoral Counseling at Loyola University Chicago have deepened my appreciation for how spirituality shapes a person’s worldview and sense of meaning. I bring this understanding to my work through a holistic approach that honors each client’s unique values and beliefs while attending to the psychological, relational, and spiritual dimensions of their life.
